Tilo and his team are true professionals. I’m a very picky person and had my doubts that anyone could do what I envisioned in my living room. I wanted pocket doors, relocate the electrical work to other side of the wall, which included av equipment for surround sound, move wall speakers, and mount tv on top of chimney wall with new a electrical connection. We ran into an issue with vents being in the way of the pocket doors but Tilo was able to adjust plans and made it work. A true professional who actually listens to everything you want done. He’s very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. Words cannot describe how grateful and happy I am with the work that was done. I will definitely utilize Prime Carpenters Inc. for future projects.

I submitted 3 bids for a job to local carpenters, Prime Carpenters was the first one to give me a quote and the fastest one to make themselves available. Within a week I had new moulding installed in my LR at a very fair price. They were always on time, they cleaned up the house at the end of the day, helped me hang a chandelier that was not part of the original job, and even helped me move my furniture back into the room when they were done. When they painted they also fixed some spots that weren't part of the job. They really went above and beyond and I would use them again without hesitation.

Prime Carpenters did a great job firming up our bannisters on our staircase. Tilo knew exactly what to do for repairs. He came right on-time and worked right through the day to complete the job. His price was very fair. I heartily recommend Prime Carpenters as they are very dependable and great at what they do.

Working with Tilo has been terrific. We had a pretty big project, installing a new propane fireplace and the surround, and we were getting all sorts of quotes, but no one was helping us to see their visions for the space. Tilo talked to us, made drawings and worked with us to make a beautiful fireplace and surrounding wall with built ins. He's quick to respond, the workmanship from his team is amazing and he's happy to go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. We're working with him on a second project now, it's hard to find a good carpenter you can trust, he's definitely secured a solid place in my contacts.

We do free estimates. The price of every project depends on many factors like the size, duration, complexity, accessibility, material quality and availability. We take the estimation process very seriously.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a visit to meet the customer and learn more about the project. That's the most important step, to understand the situation, the feelings and expectations, and walk them through the whole process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did the CSL training and have a background in jobsite safety, quality and environmetal management.
