Craig Brudner is an independent contractor that strives to fully satisfy his customers needs, whether it be a small household project or a larger, more complicated job. He has done several jobs for our family over many years. He has amazing attention to detail and is incredibly responsive, and truly listens to what I have wanted done and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could lie ahead. Craig is a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking craftsman, and is highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy. I would recommend his work to anyone looking for a job well done.

Craig has done a few different jobs for us and we are very happy with both Craig and his work. He is honest about what needs to be done and never tries to add work to the job. Sometimes, to his detriment, he sees an almost no cost option for things. I would highly recommend Craig for any of your remodel, handyman needs.

My first experience went very well. Craig came and went through a list of things I needed done around the house. I heard back very quickly with a quote that was very fair. We made a plan and Craig was very willing to work things around to accommodate my schedule. Well my new faucet is installed and my new medicine cabinet and lighting in the bathroom is complete. I was very satisfied. My further experience wasn't as positive. For the part two of my list we emailed and scheduling was challenging. Family matters came up then family emergency. I understand totally. However when I reached out after a month we made a plan for a Wednesday. I arranged to have someone at my house so he could do the work. The Wednesday came and went with no contact. I'm updating my review because I would not hire Craig again. I've had to get someone else to finish up the things that weren't finished.

As a Multi Family Property owner, Craig performs our apartment turn overs for several years now. Painting ceiling, walls, doors and trim. Replacement of kitchen and bath fixtures, hardware, flooring repair and replacement as well. Craig is very responsive when I need him quickly for immediate issues as well, which is a rare quality in trades people. I have referred him to other landlords who use him regularly as well. He is very likeable, and has saved me thousands of dollars.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have standard pricing. Everyone's needs are different. Also, I am not afraid to say "no", if I don't think I can handle a project or don't wish to get involved with certain people.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I converse with someone for the first time, I try to connect with them. I want to convey that although we don't know each other, I am a human being with children to feed, bills to pay and both our time is important. I'm here to help you, to make life easier for you, and I believe in good Karma.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have aquired the skill of being a problem solver, and being a great carpenter from performing tasks over the years. I have watched and learned from some wonderful old school craftsman. I also enjoy taking certification courses when I can, in order to learn what this state requires for the trades.
