- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on the job, the duration, what type of work is involved, travel distance and time, so generally we don't charge a flat hourly rate. However - repeat services over a weekly or biweekly schedule we could provide you with an hourly rate - based on length of time it takes to do your job - such as with mowing a lawn, or general housekeeping help. In most cases we need to see the job before we can give a price quote, especially in the case of a clean out - with a garage, barn, apartment or house. Other thing we will consider - if you rent a dumpster for us to fill, we then don't have to load and unload our truck, take trips to the dump or recycling facility ( this would apply to large job or full cleanout ) .
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We often remove property / items / vehicles from Estates, for families who have lost a family member but do not have the time or ability to do so. We donate useable items to charities such as St Vincent de Pauls, or the Salvation army. We clean out garages, barns, and out buildings as well as apartments, houses, to ready them for market to sell. We can also clean floors, windows etc, do some light painting, minor repair work so the property is ready to show a realty agent, in addition to light landscaping. The better a property looks to an agent, the more money he then can get for a client . We also work with a local agent in Hopkinton, if the client needs a one recommended.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We don't specialize in clean outs that are massive in size, so for that type of job I highly recommend a company such as : " Got Junk " - which has many trucks and service many locations throughout Ma and New England areas. However, we will consider jobs if you provide a dumpster to eliminate the waste / trash etc.
