- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always provide a 100% FREE estimate prior to starting work. Our trucks hold just under 17 cubic yards which is between 6-8 pickup trucks and enough to carry the full contents of a small apartment. Pricing is based primarily on how much space you items take up in the truck. There may also fees for recycling of things like mattresses, boxsprings, TVs, paint and tires, packing and bagging and extremely heavy items (concrete, bricks, shingles, etc). After the free estimate, if the price works for you, we will do the work right away!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First book an appointment that aligns with your schedule by calling 800 LUG JUNK or by visiting our web site. (same day and next day jobs usually available!!) The team will call about 20 minutes before they arrive to let you know they're on the way. Once they arrive, they will have a look at the items you need to remove, plan the safest exit and provide a FREE estimate. If the price is acceptable, they'll begin work. Once work is completed and you're 100% happy, payment can be made by check or charge.
