- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer custom quotes for each client. Once given basic parameters to work with, we design a menu which we feel bests represents your interests. We are always open to suggestions & your feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are ServSafe Certified, T.I.P.S Certified, and Allergen Trained.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our owner, Craig Twohey, took a job as a parking attendant at the old Fox Run Restaurant when he was 15. By age 16 he was a dishwasher, and by age 20 he was head chef. In 1983 he bought his own restaurant, The King Phillip Restaurant. In 2009 we added on a Dairy Bar & got into the catering business as well.
