Introduction: I have an equine based coaching program. All exercises are on the ground, and no horse experience is necessary. The horses respond to subtle energetic shifts that we make constantly in life. Their cues aid my coaching to go deeper into the clients core and create sustainable results. I love my work. Everyday is a different day and I am constantly reminded to trust the process of life, coaching, and the horses. I am also constantly inspired by my clients and their successes.

I wasn't exactly sure what to expect from working with a life coach and was a little hesitant in the beginning, but Katalyst Coaching has reached and exceeded any expectations that I have had about the process so far. I have been meeting with Emily for the last several months and I can say with 100% certainty that they would have been significantly more challenging if I had not been working with her. I'm still in the process of self discovery and we have some work to do, but I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to achieve something of importance in his/her life...whatever that may be. She is helping me through some very difficult times and giving me perspective on what is important, more specifically, what deserves my energy and attention. In my case, I needed an independent party to help me clarify my goals and then help me reach those goals...this is what motivated me to get in touch with her and I'm so glad that I did. Emily is extremely professional, hard working, caring, dedicated and insightful. She is like a coach/adviser/instructor/guardian angel/cheerleader/ and motivator all wrapped up in one! Emily is great at what she does. She is as good as they come! She truly cares about every individual person and their individual needs. She is very professional, present, and experienced. The therapy she provides and education is extremely helpful and life changing. I highly recommend Her to anyone who needs any form of therapy she does it all!!! Oh and I LOVE her horses!!!

My son has had a very positive experience working with Emily and her horses. He has learned a lot about himself as well as the people around him. With Emily's guidance and the horses' connection to him he is working through some pretty traumatic events and has developed some good coping skills. At the very least he gets one hour of happy time with the horses which helps him get through the week!!! It's been a great experience!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Pay attention to your gut... "feel" out potential coaches to see if it is a fit. Never settle. This is very in-depth personal work, so you want to feel comfortable with your coach.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That this is the most collaborative/non-competitive industry. If a client does not match with me or another coach, we are happy to refer them to others who are more in line with their wants/needs. It is also very "feel" driven and in that a coach must walk their talk and is constantly working on themselves. Coaching is NOT advice or therapy. It is intense hard personal work to improve your life, so it is a commitment and an investment in yourself.
