Following are the fees for my services: * Simple forms: $50-$150 * Wills: $150-$300 * Healthcare proxies: $150 (free with wills) * Simple, no-cause divorce: $900 and up * Real estate closings (including negotiating purchase and sale): $350 and up * Bankruptcies chapter 7: $900 and up * Bankruptcies chapter 13: $3,500 and up with $1,000 retainer and balance in the plan
