FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price projects by the scope of work and efforts required of my firm. Clients need to understand that there is no "standard" project and that each project is unique and to provide the best personal service It's very difficult to give an accurate price without fully understanding the scope and complexity of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start a new client with a face to face meeting to define what the client is looking to achieve and what the ideal program is for their project, and also to get to really know them. If it seems like we are a good match to work together we can provide a contract for them to consider. As it's difficult to know the full scope of a project at the beginning I often break the project down so that there is a discovery phase so a client can get an idea of what the possibilities might be without having to make a big commitment.
