Pete was amazing!! he responded right away to our request to have our washer looked at. We had several error codes and the washer was not draining at all. Pete came in and went straight to work, leaving the area immaculate once he was done. His pricing was amazing and we were so surprised of the cost because it was much lower than the quality of work and time he spent getting our washer back up and running! Pete is a lifesaver and we have already reached out to our friends to tell them about our experience. Pete will be our first call if we need anything else done around the house. 5 stars !!!!!

I reached out for a small leak. All pete had to do was replace a shark bite on a pipe. He went to the house and didn't replace any of the piping and thought it was fixed by pushing on the fitting. The tenant and Pete left and the leak continued overnight although the tenant didn't notice because they were out. I told him the next day after paying him the day before. He then told me it would be another charge for going back to something he didn't fix. I paid him 175 which was already too much for a shark bite fix. And then he stopped responding. I own multiple buildings and this is someone I wouldn't use again.

Pete was at my place for an hour to install curtains for my tall windows and he did the brackets into the ceiling at least. But the curtain rod fell out of its socket the following day even though I asked him to review it well before leaving. It was either not tightened enough or the end sockets needed to be removed altogether and only have the rod in the brackets so this doesn't happen and any professional would've been able to spot that. But when I asked him if he could just fix the mistake he blamed me and wanted to charge me again even though I already paid him $130 which is way over his normal rate for 1 hour when the job wasn't even done correctly the first time ( which I regret). Blaming the client when the professional should be able to see any potential pitfalls and advise the correct course is messed up and extremely unprofessional I'm giving him 1/5 stars because he was responsive and punctual at least, but his work quality and professionalism aren't the best. It was also a bit odd because it seemed like he was purposely trying to draw out the time measuring things that didn't need 5 minutes to be measured when it was just mounting a curtain rod and installing brackets into a ceiling..... Should've been a simple QUICK job for a professional, and wanting to charge me again and blaming me for his mistake is messed up. Not sure if this was all done on purpose to get more money but I feel taken advantage of when I was more than willing to pay him well and give him a good review if the job had been performed well. I attached the picture of what I asked him to come and fix and he wanted to charge me $75 to literally put the rod back in its socket..... Unbelievable.
