Giane and his crew were very good. They gave us a quote below competitors and they were extremely quick completing the job. There were issues that arose during the roof repair and Giane was great about showing me and explaining everything well. His communication and response was very quick when we had a small issue after the job was finished as well. I would definitely recommend him to friends

Our condo just had the roof redone. Giane and Delta Property was exceptional. We got quotes from several contractors and Giane's quote was very fair. He was the only contractor that came and actual went up on the roof before giving us a quote. When we had questions about the quote, he was quick to respond and very helpful. During the re-shingling, Giane was on the site working and managing the job. He was very professional. The job was completed efficiently. The roof looks great and we are very satisfied with his work. I would rehire Giane again and highly recommend him.

We had Giane and his team completely renovate two full bathrooms. Giane was terrific to work with at every step. He initially came over to discuss the project, offered some fresh ideas and provided a reasonable cost estimate that he stayed true to throughout. He was responsive, and the quality of his work and that of his subs met our expectations on every detail. We are getting ready to tackle the kitchen and have already discussed with him.
