Introduction

I started my own mental health counseling practice in 2020. I have been a licensed mental health therapist since 2004. I offer counseling for issues such as anxiety, stress management, chronic pain, and energy management. Diane came to my life when I didn’t even know I would need her that much. She was recommended to me by my OBGYN during my pregnancy to help me overcome my fear of needles by practicing some CBT. Diane was very helpful and taught me some tools which helped me cope better when going for blood draws. During my pregnancy I was dealing with a lot of stress at work and on top of it all, my mom passed away when I was 14 weeks pregnant. Diane helped me tremendously during this difficult time which I will forever be grateful for! I couldn’t have done it without her!

I charge $150 per mental health or life coaching session. You can pay by Venmo or PayPal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free 15 minute free phone consultations so my clients can ask questions and determine if my services are a good fit for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my undergraduate degree from Harvard University, cum laude. I have a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. I received my LMHC license in 2004.
