I contacted Alex about replacing the roof on my shed. They came on a Saturday which was great as I could be there. They were right on time. They removed the old roof, inspected it for rot and then put down the water and ice dam. drip edges plus the felt paper before the shingles (there was nothing under the shingles prior....ugh). They were very professional and cleaned everything up without a problem. I would hire them again if I need any additional roofing or would recommend them.

Research, Research, Research! Reputation is an important part of our trade so making sure that you have chosen the correct company to do the job is crucial to your happiness and more importantly your wallet.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers could tell the difference between a good and bad company. I've seen many customers regret hiring companies that are not interested in anything but making money as fast and in anyway possible. Whether it be finishing your project as soon as possible or convincing you to pay hidden fees for something that should have been taken into account for in the beginning. Research is the key to satisfaction!
