Tech was professional in providing answers to my questions and corrected the error made by the original installer. Now the hot and cold water come out of the standard sides! When making my payment I requested a physical paper copy of the receipt be sent to me because my computer is not currently working properly and I cannot open or read the standard receipt he emailed to me.
