Kelsey was my event planner for my wedding a few months ago. It was a DIY wedding which required a lot of time and energy. The day turned out gorgeous and I would not have been able to do it without her! She also catered the event of 175 people and all the guests loved the food!

I did not have to worry about any detail on my (very much DIY) wedding day due to Kelsey. Kelsey managed the flow of the ceremony, as well as the reception with ease. I was able to communicate all my plans/hopes for the wedding day ahead of time, and she executed them so well I didn't even think about what was going on logistically!

My wife and I had the privilege of working with Kelsey a few years back for our wedding. She was amazing. We didn't know the first thing about planning a wedding and she patiently walked alongside us--at times offering valuable insight and at times simply asking the right question that helped us "break through." What we found particularly helpful was that Kelsey knew how to make our wedding a celebration and party, but still "classy" and appropriate for ALL our friends and family. Simply put, Kelsey did a great job and we would highly recommend her!

When you hire Kelsey your getting the best of the best in the event management business! I can't say enough wonderful things about Kelsey or coordinated my wedding in 2013. She is detailed, organized, professional, able to multitask, insightful, and so much more! She is very up beat and creative! She is encouraging you and makes planning your perfect event fun and stress free!!! She went above and beyond to make sure my wedding ceremony went smoothly. She handled everything with ease! From our large bridal party, families and guests she handled everything so smoothly! You wont be disappointed!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have been the event manager for several weddings, fundraising events, birthday parties, and small conferences.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Many customers think they can plan their own events. A lot of times I get the call when the client is frazzled trying to shuffle the many conflicting desires of their event. Every time I get involved, I see the client breath a sense of relief knowing that someone else is carrying the massive to-do list that they've been trying to carry on their own. I hope that you will trust me as the event professionals to do the job that I am trained to do, and just let yourself be the host, or the bride, etc. :)
