Do NOT consider this company! I am writing this review so no other commercial contractors get embarrassed by him showing up for a job walk. We exchanged messages about looking at a commercial window replacement project. He did not listen to any of my instruction on getting into the facility. My customer calls and tells me he's standing with my subcontractor and asked when I was going to be there. I get there and my customer is looking at me like wtf? This guy looked like he just rolled out of bed, put a mask on and drove to the site. He was wearing a dirty shirt, pajama bottoms and slippers! As I explained to him that this is professional commercial work and that he made us look bad in front of our customer. Then he went on to say that everyone there was disrespecting him. I couldn't get him off the property fast enough. Along with that, he was not able to answer any of my questions and did not sound like he knew what he was doing. After the walk my customer called me to say he does not feel comfortable with this guy in his building and don't want to see him on site again. Sorry to write you this negative review, but I've never experienced anything like this in my professional work life of 22 years. I paid him promptly as I told him I would for his $150 site visit for estimating.

First of all, he blamed me that I used a text now number to order the service which I did because there are so many harassment contacts and sex dating approaches every time I gave my personal phones to these handymen. Second of all, I’m looking for a licensed electrician, I asked him specifically if he is the one. He answered he is “insured” and still tried to get jobs from me which it would avoid homeowner insurance if any work is perform by a non-licensed contractor, it’s special binding terms stated in my policy. Therefore, I would give 2 stars for his unprofessional approach and deceitful information.

she used a fake number. I asked if she is using a text now number. she played stupid. I didn't give no more information. I never met this person. or moved forward with anything. $375.00 a hour for my licensed guys. $150 a hour for non licensed guy's.
