I had an issue with my central AC on Saturday. Since it was the weekend, most places around us were closed. I found Luis through Thumbtack, and he arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly explained all the available options to fix it. He evacuated the old gas from the AC, refilled it with new refrigerant, and made sure there were no leaks. Luis was fast, professional, and offered very competitive pricing compared to other companies. He even stayed back to monitor the system and ensure the issue was fully resolved. On top of that, he gave me a warranty in case the issue comes up again, which gives me peace of mind. Thanks to him, our AC was up and running again—just in time to beat the ongoing heatwave. I’d definitely give him a 5-star review for his prompt service, especially on a weekend, and for saving the day. I’ll absolutely reach out to him again in the future if needed.

Luis did a great job with my AC maintenance and although he recommended some things that could be replaced to improve the performance, I like that he didn’t push the replacements on me and let me know it was optional. He kept me updated on what he was checking, and showed me the numbers on the reading compared to my units recommendations. I trust him to do the replacements for me, for a reasonable price, and look forward to having him do my heating maintenance as well.
