Rocky is the guy for your job! Hes worked on both my home in Somerville and my rental property in Jamaica Plain. Hes expert at the work and thoroughly cleans up the site. He did perfect work on my gutters, aluminum trim repair, and even cleaned out and recapped a bathroom vent. He took the time to seal properly no shortcuts. Hes reliable AND fair priced. Great text or phone responses. Loved him and would rehire him in a heartbeat.

Nate and his team did a great job rebuilding and updating our old deck. Nate was careful in listening to our concerns and came out in person several times to discuss all the details before finalizing the proposal. The price was competitive and the work was done within previously agreed upon time frame. His team is professional and performed the job accurately without cutting corners. I would recommend Nate and his crew and hope to be able to have them work on our future projects

Working with Nate from CAN Construction was a great experience. He gave me a variety of options for layout and materials for my deck. He prepared price estimate in a timely manner and updated the estimate several times for changes in scope I requested and changes in materials that either I requested or based on availability. Work was done in a timely manner by a very conscientious work crew, that was always on time, worked full shifts and suggested alternative solutions when needed. I would highly recommend CAN Construction!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Nate snd Rocky for both exterior and interior work. I use them for difficult roofing jobs like a forth floor skylight replacement and deck and porch work. My friend had a stunning interior renovation that included decorative brick work. They are old world hard working and they take pride in their work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge fair price based on our expense. We give 10 year warranty to our workmanship if anything goes wrong because of our installation we will bring solution promptly for free of charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule inspection, explain to our customer what is wrong with the house or it is fine, show our presentation about what step will be if they want to work with us, singed contract, pulling the building permit, delivering dumpster, demo, building the project with manufacture instruction and according to building code. Finish punch list, clean up well and at last take a selfie with happy customer.
