Our rates for service repair work is $185.00/Hr Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. Extended service is available after 4pm at a rate of $238.25/hr the first hour then $92.50 for every half hour after. We would love for you to be our consistent customer. We commit ourselves to high professional customer service. We have technician full time in this industry. Had an awesome experience with Theo..showed up so quickly and fixed my problem. This included having to go to Woburn to get a part and come back to Winthrop to install…was there until after 730 pm! He even came by today to make sure all was well with heat ..highly reccomend

In a time right before a catastrophic storm, which meant freezing hopefully not to death, finding a hvac pro, would have been impossible. He ran for parts and showed up at night in the course of installing parts and from one day to another. I went from panic, to. Peace of mind, with a more than reasonable amount to pay with a smile .
