Extended service is available after 4pm at a rate of $238.25/hr the first hour then $92.50 for every half hour after.

I am very pleased with the work done to fix my AC. He was thorough and responsive to my urgent need for AC to be repaired. Price seems high but it’s fixed and that is what is most important. I would recommend this company to those in need of HVAC maintenance.

Had an awesome experience with Theo..showed up so quickly and fixed my problem. This included having to go to Woburn to get a part and come back to Winthrop to install…was there until after 730 pm! He even came by today to make sure all was well with heat ..highly reccomend

In a time right before a catastrophic storm, which meant freezing hopefully not to death, finding a hvac pro, would have been impossible. He ran for parts and showed up at night in the course of installing parts and from one day to another. I went from panic, to. Peace of mind, with a more than reasonable amount to pay with a smile .
