Darrell and his team were amazing. We were way understaffed and they handled themselves like champs. It was a very difficult situation - having to ask 500 guests at a dance party to wear their masks and this team did an incredible job keeping everyone safe and compliant. Even when people got ugly about it, he handled everything very professionally. Next time I would hire more folks from his team to help. Darrell showed up on time, was ready to work, and did a great job. I cannot thank them enough. I would rate them a perfect 10.

We hired them to do a church event. We couldn’t have been more happy. Their level of Integrity, professionalism and protection were impeccable. They have many years of experience and are former military and retired officers. They have the best of the best on their team. On a scale of 1 to10, I give them 100. They blended in and no one even knew they there because they were in plain clothes. If you prefer, they do have other attire to command a presence. Thank you for being so wonderful.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is base on need of service to and overall threat level.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require our new customers to review our base billing rate. If our base billing rate is within their budget, we require the following
* General expectations and thereafter base billing rate or final billing rate shall be agreed upon.
* Start and end date of operation or project. Extensions are amended via email confirmation.
* For Non-Corporate accounts and/or start date with less than a two week notice, a deposit maybe required.
* Agreement must be signed not later than 48 hours business before start date.
