- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I insist on a face to face meeting where we can discuss why someone is considering bankruptcy. I take as much time as the client needs to feel comfortable, regardless of whether I'm hired.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Massachusetts school of Law in 1993. I am active in the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
