Chef Colin cooked for our daughter's very small outdoor wedding in chilly late November. First of all, the lobster bisque was out of this world. Second, the lemon pepper chicken was soooo good even a vegetarian ate it! Seriously, everything was fantastic. There was so much food, too. Lots of leftovers to enjoy. Service was wonderful throughout the event despite it being outdoors in the cold. Finally, he and his amazing staff left our kitchen pristine after having cooked this feast all afternoon. Overall just an excellent experience! Highly recommend.

Working with chef Colin was a positive experience from the very first contact with him. He was very responsive and listened to my ideas, wishes, and desires for a 50th anniversary dinner party for my husband's parents and delivered on everything we discussed. It was easy to work with him to select menu and coordinate event activities. The hors d'oeuvres and dinner courses were all outstanding with thoughtfulness to ingredients, palette, and presentation. The food quality and service quality were outstanding and tremendous value. Anyone considering chef Colin for their event would not be disappointed.

Wonderful dinner! My mother in law was in town. It was a perfect menu, lobster rolls, lamb chops, and bread pudding are a few of the highlights of our meal. The food ingredients were fresh. It was delicious & a memorable night. Thank you Chef Colin.

I hosted a 12 person birthday dinner last minute for my husbands birthday. Chef Colin was quick to get back to me which was awesome due to the last minute decision. He had a variety of amazing options to choose from that it was hard to pick. We loved our meal and loved our experience. He was open to working with our needs and aimed to please.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Cooking classes are 135.00 for the first person and $75.00 after that, but if you have a group the prices decreases. Meals I provide to a family of four are generally $250.00 plus the cost of groceries per week. Not too bad considering you now have time to spend with your children as they do their homework. Catering weddings and whatnot varies based on your budget.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Hello, once I here you are looking for a chef, I normally reach out to you and ask that you call me so that we may discuss specifics about your event and get you a proper quote.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a personal library of over 200 cookbooks. I receive many periodicals and magazines about the culinary world. I stay in touch with colleagues from Johnson & Wales and I am constantly seeking new procedures and food on the internet. Keeping up with trends.
