- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meetings are "first dates", it's the time We try to get to know my clients, their needs, the scope of work, and see if my expertise is the best fit for their needs. We pride ourselves on giving expert knowledge. Once we have established the needs and desires, we will make a comprehensive plan of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have had extensive training in valuation, appraisal, and negotiation. We regularly take extra coursework to stay current for my clientele.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have worked in real estate for over 15 years originally as an assessor for the city of Boston where I valued and negotiated deals for the city on small homes to skyscrapers.
