- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we do for certain rental items. Any equipment that is picked up by the customer is standard in pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would get all their information and set up an invoice. Once we secure a deposit for 30 percent of the job we begin to get it ready. We work very closely with the customer to make sure we get all the details and do not miss anything. We treat each customer as if they are our only customer to ensure that everything goes perfect and we exceed their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my masters degree from Merrimack College and have all food training certificates as well as being a certified maintenance mechanic with all safety regulations in regards to inflatables. We are in perfect standing with the Better Business Bureau.
