First off I was referred directly from the manufacturer which is very reassuring that he knows what he's doing , Being Certified by Livestrong. Secondly, explained all possible outcomes before he came and looked at the treadmill! Long story short he was able to diagnose the wires inside were faulty and replaced my belt in no time- Also gave me great price on parts because of his discount!
