Heather was very informative and provided excellent training documentation. we discussed Sammy's issues and she explained how to handle them. she was very patient to listen to my litany of the problems Sammy and I have. Sammy is finicky and will not eat regularly. Heather explained that until Sammy's eating habits improved, his obedience will lag as well. we are having marked improvement as we continue to work on both. he's doing much better, thanks Heather! ciao!
