It was a year ago I was lucky enough to meet Bob and Penny. I was working nearly 12-hour days and my maltese and mutt, who was very puppy, were keeping me up all night. My puppy was eating all of my furniture. I was a mess! I got Penny and Bobs number late on a Friday night and called them at 5pm nearly in tears begging for their help. They called me back within a half an hour and were at my house an hour later to meet me and my girls dogs. They sat with us getting to know us for over half an hour, met us at the park they take the dogs to, and immediately added the dogs to their next weeks schedule. My furniture and sleep had been saved!
Bob and Penny leave wonderful notes every day telling us how the girls time was and post pictures on facebook of them playing. I feel so lucky to have such loving and diligent people taking care of my most prized possessions!

Having lived in different parts of the city and used many different doggie day care/walking services, I can truly say that Penny's Pet Care is by far the best. It's a family run business so you never have to worry about a revolving door of employees that may or may not show up one day (I know from personal experience). With Bob and Penny, I never worry b/c I know Cameron is in good hands. She goes to their daily playgroups AND boards with them. They truly love her like one of their own, even though she's not the easiest dog in the world.
Seriously, if we ever move, it'll have to be within their service area because I don't think we'll ever be happy with another service now that Bob and Penny set the bar so high.

Our dog Toby loves his playgroup! He goes twice a week and sits expectantly by the window on play days waiting for Bob to pull up. Bob really knows and loves dogs, he's like a kindergarten teacher with them, and they love him. We've been with Bob and Penny for over a year now. They are completely reliable and trustworthy and genuinely care about each of their charges. They are great.
