- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $20 basic monthly fee for all you can use web based chat support. We also have a premium package for $30 for remote support as well with chat support included.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While working at a Managed Services Company, I saw a gap in the market where small businesses were not getting serviced because they lacked the resources. We are all human, and sometimes IT support means being able to make the business run a day longer, and making a payment for services later on.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Small businesses, small enterprises, small home offices and home users. Problems ranging from network issues to server issues and everything in between.
