I had an outstanding experience with Jarvis HVAC. He was punctual, arriving exactly on time for the initial assessment and even 15 minutes early on the day of the job.
He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood the issues and possible solutions. He stayed on site all day to diagnose and fix our old AC system, which wasn’t cooling properly, and provided great insights into potential future upgrades without any pressure. Jarvis was also extremely personable—my kids adored him, and he was so friendly that even my one-year-old daughter felt comfortable around him. My pricing is very competitive when compared to other companies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will consult with the customer to see what their needs are and make suggestions if needed. Not everything needs to be replaced!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school and became certified as an HVAC & R technician. Since then I have gone on and installed and fixed mini splits, split systems, heat pumps, steam boilers, forced hot water boilers, tankless and tankless combi boilers. I have also redone duct work and installed new ducting in both existing and new construction.
