FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and upfront. Labor charges are based on the service required and are quoted before work begins. Parts are not included unless specified. Same-day or last-minute requests may include an additional service fee due to short-notice scheduling. Labor is non-taxable under Massachusetts law. There are no hidden fees, and customers are informed of any changes before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by gathering basic vehicle information and understanding the issue. I then provide an estimated quote for labor and explain whether parts are included or customer-supplied. Once approved, we schedule a time that works for both sides. After completing the service, I review the work with the customer and ensure everything is operating properly before payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on automotive repair experience and ongoing technical training. I focus on diagnostics, maintenance, and repair best practices, and I stay current with modern vehicle systems and tools. My background includes practical automotive knowledge gained through real-world repairs and continued learning.
