- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, I charge anywhere from $30-$50 per hour, depending on the client's budget. I also offer flat fees, if preferred. I believe in win-win situations, so I'm always open to offers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is listen. After that, I read and generate ideas that I think will help the author or client reach his or her vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I wrote a weekly newspaper column with an approximate circulation of 100,000 and have self-published four books.
