- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Partnering with Round Room Management starts with a phone call to understand your needs and our services. Next, we conduct a property walkthrough, in person or via Zoom. Once the contract is signed, we efficiently onboard your property: importing data, contacting tenants, listing vacancies, and addressing maintenance. Each month, we handle rent collection, provide reports, and promptly send you the funds.
