- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing depends on the time of the month. We charge by the hour which includes your belongings being properly protected and packed.We charge a one time truck fee.We offer free visual estimates .Moveinit Moving and Storage is all about up front pricing.Always ask about any specials we may be running.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, it's very important to get off on the right foot. I ask the client point blank ; what would be your dream move ? It's my job to make sure that I'm building a relationship as well making them feel comfortable. I tell them there are no dumb questions, please don't hesitate to ask.Then I ask why there moving.Depending on the move ,I know the industry, I know how to save them money.I'll give them tips on how to be prepared and make the move go smooth. I really encouraged the client to have me over for a visual estimate.That way they get to see I'm genuine and sincere , taking time out of my day to make the client comfortable. Bottom line I have no problem walking them step by step of there move.It's important to insure the relationship gets off to a good start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No,You just stay up to date with any new changes with the department of transportation.I also like to stay informed of anything new in the industry.
