Introduction: I can teach students how to accompany themselves. I also teach traditional and non-traditional methods of learning the piano which includes learning chords, the blues and pop music. I also give my students theory fundamentals and scales to help them understand music and become real musicians.

Debbie has been teaching my 13 year old son piano for seven years. She is amazing!!! My son loves her and has really grown into quite a pianist under her instruction. He won't even consider giving up lessons with her and looks forward to it every week. It is obvious watching both her vocal and piano students improve every year what a gifted and devoted teacher she is!!

My son, now 10, has taken piano lessons from Debbie for 1 1/2 years and has made a lot of progress. Debbie clearly enjoys working with young people. She encourages her students to work hard while maintaining a mellow, fun vibe.

Debbie is a fantastic musician and teacher. She teaches a variety of music and is comfortable in multiple genres. Over the past 5 years, two of our children have taken piano from her and have also been in a children's chorus that she directed. We have seen her perform in a variety of settings, from small house party to much larger events. Her formal training as a musician and teacher combined with her own personal performance experiences make her the perfect teacher for whatever your music goals may be.
