- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized to the unique needs of your business. Regardless of how you initially engage us, we establish a combination of fair on-boarding and monthly charges that fairly reflects the amount of initial and ongoing work that is required to meet your stated goals. All of our services are month to month and do not require a certain time commitment to provide further incentive to perform our work to our highest standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with a strategy session so that we fully understand a new customer's business so that we adapt our services to the unique characteristics of every business that we work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lot of what I have learned comes from attending numerous marketing and technology conferences. I continually educate myself on the latest marketing technology platforms to continually improve the quality of my services. I also hold a Master of Innovation & Technological Entrepreneurship which had a strong marketing focus.
