Sorry to hear that you feel that way but we quoted you a price at the low end of what we normally charge given the amount of hours required to complete your project to a high standard to sympathize with your unfortunate situation. After we originally quoted you, you decided that you needed service on 2 Facebook profiles instead of 1, so we raised our price which reflected a substantial increase in work needed to fulfill your needs. Yet, you attempted to negotiate that we should keep the price the same. You also attempted the deposit to be decreased to 1/3 vs we asked for a deposit of 50% of the value, despite it's a standard policy that many agencies and freelancers have to ask for a 50% deposit. Yet, you decided to further push for us moving forward with the 1/3 deposit even after we explained to you the policy is there to balance the risk between the service provider and customer. We further tried to be accommodating by offering a discount on the second profile depending on the progress of the first to attempt to give you a better deal but still be working at an acceptable hourly rate. Though, you decided to hire someone overseas in a country that offers a lower labor price at a much lower price even after asking an agreement and deposit invoice to be drawn up. While we wish you the best of luck restoring your Facebook followers, we do not feel that you are justified in calling us a scam artist.

    Our pricing is customized to the unique needs of your business. Regardless of how you initially engage us, we establish a combination of fair on-boarding and monthly charges that fairly reflects the amount of initial and ongoing work that is required to meet your stated goals. All of our services are month to month and do not require a certain time commitment to provide further incentive to perform our work to our highest standards.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We typically start with a strategy session so that we fully understand a new customer's business so that we adapt our services to the unique characteristics of every business that we work with.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    A lot of what I have learned comes from attending numerous marketing and technology conferences. I continually educate myself on the latest marketing technology platforms to continually improve the quality of my services. I also hold a Master of Innovation & Technological Entrepreneurship which had a strong marketing focus.
