- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard pricing system for individual students but when a client requests a class at there faculty the price can be adjusted due to size (i.e. The more students we have, we can over discounts)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very excited to work with new customs first we determine the level of CPR training that requir and then we set up an online registration link and we go and teach at the companies building, we also send out important information throughout the year so that students stay current.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a career firefighter we are always training, as a paramedic I'm required to do 60+ plus hours of training every year but I normally surpass that, because you can never stop learning
