Having been a professional ballet dancer for 15 years, I have a wealth of knowledge of, and experience with, the relationship of movement and nutrition to over all health and well-being. As a Certified Health Coach and Intuitive Eating Counselor, I work with clients to make incremental, realistic and lasting changes to their diets. Rather than dwelling on calories and fat grams, I focus on adding in simple, whole foods, learning to listen and respond to the bodies' wants and needs, and adding in elements of nourishing self care. And, as a Pilates Instructor, I focus on much of the same. I have been trained as a teacher of Pilates in both the Classical and Contemporary technique, and I use my understanding of both approaches to work with the wants and needs of the body in front of me.
