Introduction: MinuteMan Heating & Air Conditioning has been servicing the Upper Cape and the South Shore for more than 28 years! Preventive maintenance schedules and 24-hour service are available. Air conditioning coil cleaning is a must every year or two. Mini split units are a big hit this year for hard-to-cool areas such as offices and homes! (They are also less intrusive.)
