Paul has been extremely professional to date. While we were waiting for our apartment to rent out, he had to coordinate several things for us and as a result make several trip to the apartment. Even though we offered to pay him, he refused. He hand picked the perfect tenant and has been paying us the rent on time. Meet in person preferably at the property to review the information packet and conduct a walk thru of the property. Sign the management agreement. Receive the keys. Services begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a degree in Accounting/Business Administration. I'm an Accredited Residential Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management. Hold a Massachusetts Real Estate License license. Hold an RRP certificate for lead paint in pre 1978 properties.
