What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum price, will be $ 90 dollars for a simple Taxes, ie (single person with 1 or 2 W2), Then it goes up to 120 if you have to claim any credit. for taxes that includes rental property or residential home goes up to $ 150 dollars.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually Introduce my self, and let them know about my professional background. once the client feels comfortable, I start looking for the client's financial situation and be ready to do their Tax return.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor in Accounting Master in Taxation
