My husband and I along with 3 other couples had an amazing Italian cooking experience with Lina and her husband Franco. Among the couples, there were experienced cooks and not so experienced cooks like myself. But at the end of the class we all learned something new and practical about the Italian cuisine. Lina and Franco are the most pleasant and fun couple you'll ever meet. Being born and raised in Italy they are true Italian chefs with unlimited knowledge not only on the Italian cuisine but also on the Italian way of life and every ingredient they use. For our class they prepared home made pizza as an appetizer, and home made pasta with meatball sauce, and sausage peppers and onions (my personal request) as our main course. They also brought their own home-made Italian bread along with all the ingredients they used for the class. I was especially impressed to learn that all of the spices they used were their own home-grown spices along with the eggs fresh from their own chickens. It doesn't get any fresher or healthier than that! Although we had so much fun watching and learning from Lina and Franco prepare the food in front of us, the best part of the class was the food tasting of course! Best pizza, best Italian pasta and meatballs, and best sausage, peppers and onions EVER!!! We were all very satisfied and impressed with the turn out! At the end of the class Lina also provided each one of us with handouts of every recipe we tried. We've all prepared these recipes at home and we're all so thrilled that we can now make real Italian food right in our kitchens. And we have Lina and Franco to thank for that! I would highly recommend Lina and Franco to anyone I know. All of us who attended their class said that this was the best way for friends to get together, enjoy an authentic Italian meal, and most importantly learn to remake these amazing dishes right from our own kitchens. Thank you Lina and Franco! You are the BEST!!! We can't wait to see you again in our next gathering!

Lina's Kitchen Italian Catering cannot be beat! We have had the pleasure of having our parties catered by Lina's Kitchen several times, and have tasted a wide variety of their authentic Italian dishes. Everything is always fresh, using the best ingredients, and unbelievably delicious! The service is friendly, courteous, and always right on time. Lina's Kitchen is so easy and fun to work with, and takes the stress out of entertaining. The food arrives hot and ready to serve, and is prepared with the customer's preferences in mind. You can tell that Lina's love of cooking goes into every dish. You can't go wrong with Lina's Kitchen! Never have I had better, more authentic, delicious Italian food! Lina is warm and aims to please. This company does not disappoint. We've used Lina's kitchen for small and large gatherings. We hired Lina and Franco to cate four small, intimate wedding and were so pleased with the food and their warm and professional nature, we have since had them out to our home to run a cooking class for us and some friends. They are the real deal! Incredible and authentic. The food is fantastic but you also get a cultural experience when you work with them. Highly recommend!
