- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are tiered based on grade and subject matter. For new clients there is a one-time family registration fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to assigning a tutor, one of our enrollment specialists meets with each student and his/her family to understand the student's academic starting point, goals, and schedule availability. From this information we develop a mutually agreeable tutoring schedule. During this meeting we get additional background information on the student to ensure that we make the best student-tutor match taking into account the students personality and learning style.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our tutors are either professional educators or content specialists with strong undergraduate/graduate degrees in the subject areas they teach.
