I wasso glad to see Elizabeth again, even if it was for a very short visit. I think she has a very special way of massage. Her hands are warm and they find the knotted spots and relieve them. She also knows the different parts of the body, muscles, and how they are interrelated and does a quiet running commentary on what is happening, to get the muscles realigned and in their proper place.I have seen Elizabeth many times and am used to, and appreciate the way she works. Perhaps a new person would appreciate some kind of explanation of the procedure, some expectation for the goals and a time frame,if that's possible. My only problem is the cost. I hope that Elizabeth can become involved with some group or organization so that she can afford some insurance plan or a sliding scale.

Elizabeth always knows just where to target the massage therapy….although my most recent injury is requiring a bit more attention than usual. Up to now, I have been able to see her one time only for each ailment and it goes away. But I am confident that with a few more visits, Elizabeth will be able to find the root cause to my present tight spot and it will be relieved of this horrific muscular tension.

Elizabeth is amazingly proactive. We were helping a friend move some furniture and when she saw me in a back brace she told me were going to work on my issues BEFORE we got into the lifting. I was amazed with what she did and how great I felt before, during and after. She's the best!!!

Elizabeth is strong and gentle, wise and kind, and creates a space of peace and nurturing that feeds body and soul. A session with her is both relaxing and refreshing, and especially very, very healing.
