Ventura Land Maintenance replaced our old rail-tie retaining wall with a new stone wall.
The Pros:
- The completed project is beautiful, and a huge improvement to the whole look of our property.
- They were completely transparent about the process, and once the job got started they were on site every day until it was finished.
- There were a few small budget overages, all things that would have been next to impossible to determine up front (existing fence posts were rotten at the bottom where they were underground), and Ventura were very transparent about the reasons for those overages and the costs associated with them which I really appreciated.
- Personable interaction with everyone at Ventura throughout the process
The Con:
- The one downside of my experience was that the project started a little later than we expected. We didn't need the work done in any particular hurry, so it didn't put us out much, I just wish the delayed start time had been communicated a little better, for personal planning reasons. It was the only part of the process where I felt like I was getting "managed" a little as a customer.
Over all a very positive experience, and would use Ventura Land Maintenance again!

Ventura Land Maintenance came in and did a great job taking down our chimney. They always left the worksite clean and really came through given a very tight timeline. I have recommended them to my friends in town.

Richie’s business, Ventura Land Maintenance is outstanding. He took our yard and made it into a showplace. He is extremely pleasant and always listens completing the job to 100% satisfaction. There isn’t anything this company cannot do when asked.
