- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always a compensating factor for the work that needs to be performed. However, we keep everything in mind in order to give our clients the best price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the call, visit the clients home, evaluate the work that needs to get done, give client observations based on what we see, we follow with an estimate. Finally, we set up a day and time to begin work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have more than 10 years of experience.
