- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price my jobs very fair for what it is. Nothing about what I do is easy, I only make it look easy. So please, understand that every cent of what I charge is for a reason and industry fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a over the phone conversation, and ask what the customer needs help with. I assess the request and determine if I can be of service. If so, I would ask some questions related to the job. Once all the details are collected I can then come up with a price. Then, once the price is agreed upon. I can schedule in them in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have good old fashion hands on training! I learned from many people with 20+ years experience in all the industries I have worked for. Nothing beats it. I am a master of my professions and continue to learn and adapt to bigger and better things.
