Edson fixed lot of loose tiles in my kitchen and half bath. When there was a floor board issue which required replacement, he clearly explained the reason and been able to address root cause with nominal addtl cost. He is very prfessional and meticulous at his craft. I will definitely use him for any addtl.work in future.

I hired Edson Santos to repair my kitchen floor where the grout was cracking and a number of tiles were loose. Edson came and gave us the estimate and the expectation of timing to complete the job. He communicated clearly and was prompt. He completed the job in one day, and the outcome was better than expected. We now have a 'tile guy' for any other projects in the future. Very satisfied and pleased with the interaction.

Edson did a great job restoring the grout and caulk in our shower. He was also able to repair the worn out shower door and clean up the vinyl base. We are very satisfied with the results.

I am pleased to provide an excellent review for Edson, who recently renovated our bathroom. The entire experience was professional, seamless, and the results are exceptional. Edson has been very professional, capable, and conscientious throughout the entire project. He meticulously handled every aspect of the project, including a full re-tiling of the bathroom shower and a complete overhaul of the walls, which included the demolition of all the old tile and the installation of new drywall and paint. He installed a new shower door, toilet, light fixture, and medicine cabinet. He also updated one electrical outlet while adding a second for our washlet/bidet. Additionally, he seamlessly filled in the gap between the existing floor and the new bathtub. We are extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Edson for any renovation project. His professionalism and dedication to quality work are second to none. I appreciate him, I am thankful to have found him, and he will be our go-to for all future work!
