I bill by the hour and typically invoice halfway through the project and at the successful conclusion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin with a short check-in call, to ensure that my offerings are a good fit for the client. This call is always a free consultation. We then typically proceed to set up a series of conversations to begin the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Coach, and a member in good standing of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
