- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a host not a DJ, however I will bring the DJ with me for each event; he or she is part of the Via Entertainment team. Pricing varies depending on the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible, I prefer to hold a client onboarding meeting with a new client in-person. As this is a great opportunity to get to know one another and establish a long lasting, trusting an mutually beneficial relationship between VIA and our clients. If face to face is not an option, we can also set up a virtual meeting via Zoom or FaceTime. During this initial meeting, we will answer any questions, set expectations. review the roles and responsibilities of all involved in the event along with the goals, milestones and the desired outcome for the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been hosting events since high school and I also have over 10 years of experience as an On Air radio personality.
