FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that customers should have pricing options that fit the specific needs. I always try to give customers all the options available to him/her so that they can decide. Whichever option, my prices are derived from the amount of work that must be done to achieve the result desired by the customers and the type of finish that is applied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would walk through the job with the customer. Ask all questions relevant to the customer’s specific needs and expectations. Be honest and transparent with the work that I will be providing. Take pictures of the progress of the job at the end of each day and/or each process of any specific job in order to let customer know how the job is progressing. Under promise and over deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides from spend all of my adult life doing floors. I’m a Bona Certified Craftsman and a Certified professional with the National Wood Floor Association. My licenses with the NWFA must be renewed each year and continuing education is one of the requirements.
