- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Paying a deposit is HIGHLY recommended. Services will be cancelled if a deposit isn’t sent within 24-48 hrs of booking to secure your spot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off by assessing the clients needs. Asking questions like "What are your skin care concerns? What products are you currently using? And what is your desired look?" That way the client knows that they are valued and that I will work closely to giving them what they need and care about the results.
